Nouvelle Chicken Veronique with mixed veggies. |
Season with salt and pepper, dredge in flour and saute 4 chicken breasts. |
Cut 1 cup of red grapes in half. |
The sauce: 2 cloves of minced garlic, 3/4 cup chicken broth, 3/4 white wine, 1 Tbsp of Balsamic vinegar, 1 Tbsp of honey. |
Reduce the sauce by half and stir in grapes. |
We served the chicken over rice and topped with the sauce and grapes. |
