| On Sundays, these guys serve an amazing brunch; but be sure to get reservations! Clockwise from the top: fresh fruit, Datil Pepper Cheese Grits, baked cheese stuffed clams, cheese blintz with raspberry sauce, baked brie with crackers, smoked salmon & boiled shrimp. Drinks: Mimosa and Hibiscus (champagne, orange & cranberry juices). |

Brunching at the Condo...

| Brie and Sausage Breakfast Casserole! |
Ingredients:
1 (8oz) round brie- rind removed and cut into squares
1 lb hot sausage (we used turkey)
1 roll crescent rolls
1 cup shredded Parm Cheese
7 large eggs, divided
3 cups whipping cream, divided
2 cups milk
1 tsp dried rubbed sage
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp dry mustard

| Roll out crescents and pinch seems. |

| Cook and drain sausage. Layer sausage, brie.... |

| ...and parm on top of crescent rolls. |
 |
| Whisk together 5 eggs, 2 cups whipping cream and the next 4 ingredients; pour over cheese. Cover and chill mixture overnight (8 hours). Whisk together remaining 2 eggs and remaining 1 cup of whipping cream; pour evenly over chilled mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until casserole is set. |
