Fish Grenobloise...Capers Anyone?!

I Love Capers!!!

This dish is easy, quick....and so Delicious!!!
We served our fish over Gruyere Mashed potatoes!

Season your favorite white fish fillets (we used Flounder) with
salt and pepper, dredged it in flour and then saute'd it in 2 Tbsp of olive oil.

In the same pan as you saute'd the fish, add 3 Tbsp oil, and remove from heat. Stir in 2 Tbsp Capers (YAY!).

Spoon sauce over fish and sprinkle with parsley. Squeeze fresh lemon
wedge over the fish just before eating!

This meal is so delicate and fresh tasting with the capers and parsley!

To make Gruyere Mashed Potatoes just add the desired amount of shredded Gruyere into your mashed potatoes.

Easy and Delicious!!!
