Super Easy Baked Brie...and Snacks for Dinner!

Sometimes we like to just snack for dinner. Let's start with a Super Easy Baked Brie!!!




1st- Get you some of this!!! Quick, Quick...go get it!
This beautiful staple of my kitchen is Raven's Nest Raspberry Jalapeno Jelly. 
You can pick up your jar by emailing maywesuggest@comcast.net. May We Suggest has special pricing when you buy more than one. They also have a Pumpkin Butter and a Cornbread Dressing Seasoning Packet that will make you the star on Thanksgiving!!!

Roll out a thawed puff pastry sheet and spread the top with
your delicious pepper jelly!

Cut rind off of your brie and place on top of the puff
pastry.

Wrap the pastry around the brie and place (seam-side
down) on a greased baking sheet.

Brush the pastry with egg white and 1 Tbsp mixture.




     
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.


Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into the brie. Yummy...so cheesy!!!!

This is a go to for us. It is so fresh and light for veggie dipping!

Snack Time!!!
Our cucumber dill dip with carrots and peppers...nice genoa salami, pepperoni, and provolone slices.
Apples and pretzel flip-side crackers for the brie!

Oh- and a cocktail!!!
Champagne, pomegranate juice and Grand Marnier- Delicious!

Yum...my little plate of snacks and a cocktail for dinner! Hooray!
